NEW plans and artists’ impressions showing potential new locations for Harborough’s market traders have been revealed today (Tuesday).
Harborough District Council’s proposals show a range of options including putting stalls on a pedestrianised Adam and Eve Street and in Church Square.
Other options laid out in the plans show stalls either open to the elements or under a canopy in a redeveloped Fox Yard at the back of its Adam and Eve Street HQ.
All the options include space for a food hall on the ground floor of the council’s HQ, with a one-stop-shop for council customers and retail space.
The plans would also include the housing of the library and museum, and council offices on the upper floors.
