Ever thought to be your own boss? So why not to open a food stall in a street market?

Maybe this blog can be useful for you.

My name is Giordano, I am Italian and I live in London. I am 28 year old and for the last 10 years I have been working in catering. I worked as chef, barman, waiter and pastry chef. Before that, I studied catering for 3 years, so basically I can say that I have been in this industry for most part of my life.

I always wanted to open a bar or a restaurant or a fast food, anything related with food and drinks and people. So what have I done? Well lets start from the beginning.

December 2008, the idea of opening a food stall in a street market takes shape.

December 2008: I was talking with my girlfriend at that time, a beautiful Australian easy going girl, and I told her about my idea  :- Hey sweety I want to start my own business!! :-Cool!! she said :-What do you want to do? :-I want to start a takeaway! :-Great!!! What kind of food would you like to sell? :- Italian food!! Of course!!! :-Nice I love your cooking!!! And just like that I started my adventure…
