Architect sought for Swansea Market overhaul

Tenders to be returned 26 July, Swansea Council is seeking an architect-led multi-disciplinary team to overhaul the city’s market.
The 1961 market building, designed by Percy Thomas& Son, features a curved 60m-span roof with space below for more than 100 stalls.
The 30-month project includes internal refurbishments and a new roof system which is expected to include renewable energy sources
