TRADERS have said they are relieved to hear plans for a new £1 million roof in Swansea Market have been approved.
The plans to upgrade the city’s historic market were approved by Swansea council last Thursday.
Wales’s largest indoor market has been plagued by leaks in the roof for years but this could all be about to change.
The enormous dome roof is an impressive structure but those who work beneath said it is outdated.
