Having launched his artisan coffee stall when the historic market started back up in May last year and then becoming the market’s manager, Neil Vanstone, 39, is a direct product of the market’s success.
Hounslow Council announced at the end of March that the market, which is situated to the east side of the old Magistrates’ Court, has been granted funding from the GLA’s Outer London Fund, the council and local businesses to transform and expand the area which the popular market occupies every Sunday.
Included in the refurbishment will be new York stone paving, oak benches, four new fountains and new trees to tempt visitors to the already packed-out market.
