Markets have changed a lot over the last 10 years.
Gone are the days of squashed cabbage leaves and the smell of fried onions.
The market in Chelmsford High Street is a prime example of that.
It started around 15 years ago but has changed hugely in that time and is now bursting with tasty street food, the freshest produce and of course, colourful characters.
