YOU might have visited the Butter Market in Hereford on one of their Pop Up Saturdays or Big Days in recent months.
The aim of these events was always to attract new customers through the door and to give businesses from the county the chance to dip their toe in the water with a high street presence.
A spokeswoman for the Butter Market said: “We have had great success with the days. Along with the extra footfall, we have attracted several new full time, permanent traders – two of whom started as a Saturday Pop Up.
“We have welcomed Thaitastic Thai and given them a permanent home. They make delicious authentic Thai food to either eat in at the new communal table space or take home and warm through for supper.
