Popular Louth market trader to feature in TV documentary

A stalwart of Louth market is to feature in a pilot episode of a cooking documentary, set to be filmed in Louth this week.
‘Three Men and a Fish’ is being produced by local television channel Estuary TV and aims to encourage more people to eat fish.
Andy Fytche, well known on Louth’s Friday market as the ‘Fish Man’, will join the team as they cook tasty fish dishes on a camping stove and barbecue. Filming will take place in the market place this Friday (April 11), and customers will be asked to sample the fish dishes produced.
