SURREY Street market is well known for its variety of stalls but the newest arrival must be one of its most unusual.
Big Bob’s, situated at the High Street end of the market, is offering the unlikely combination of bait for carp fishermen and vinyl records – both passions of the man behind the business, Bob Wheeler.
Mr Wheeler has an established online business selling his own unique range of carp baits.
He also designs and makes his own leads which are used to keep the fishing line on the bottom of lakes where the carp feed.
And one of his favourite products – again his idea – is a swim attractor, a specially designed ball which slowly releases bait into the water attracting fish to where the fisherman has cast his hook.
