This month, street food trailblazers KERB are collaborating with office space pioneers WeWork for the first time, to launch a meatless market in Devonshire Square. The market will consist of 6 new traders, running every Wednesday to Friday from 26th September.
Since established in 2012, KERB have been pioneers of the street food industry, developing their business concept to diversify into Farmers Markets and now the cutting-edge collaboration with WeWork to present the Meatless Market.
In July this year, WeWork introduced new meat-free policies in order to reduce their environmental impact and save an estimated 445.1m pounds of CO2 emissions by 2023. In their new Devonshire Square location, these forward-thinking policies have created a demand for a cutting edge, lunchtime street food offering in fitting with their ideals. Enter KERB.
