MEMBERS of Penzance Country Market don’t need much of an excuse to bake a cake so it wasn’t a surprise when they produced one to welcome local MP Andrew George and town mayor Phil Rendle last week.
The pair were invited to look at the market since its move from St John’s Hall to the Acorn while the hall undergoes a £5 million refurbishment.
