We really appreciate your efforts and will ensure that you get credit where credit is due, all of the information you supply to us is your property, we do not take credit for it nor do we ask for copyright over it, you retain all of your rights, all we ask is that you format your contribution so that we can process it to include on this site.

So if you are submitting photos please ensure they are under 2MB in size, .jpg is preferred but .png .gif and .pdf are all acceptable.

If you are submitting text, as in a story or review a .doc or .pdf would be great.
